Use New Task: pick all products, collections, or specific products, set filters and format, then submit.
Go to New Task and choose a source: All the Products, Specific Collections, or Specific Products.
Then configure filters and image mode, build your alt text format, review the image count and credits, and submit. Track progress under History.
