Overwrite when current text is empty-quality, thin, or inconsistent; leave it off to only fill blanks.
Leave overwrite off if you only want missing alt text filled and want to keep hand-written strings.
Turn overwrite on for generic leftovers or format cleanup. Prefer collection-scoped runs first. Remember: the admin product action never overwrites.
