Skips usually come from overwrite off, skip-processed on, filters, or featured/first-N image mode.
Most skips are intentional: overwrite off, skip previously processed on, published/active/vendor filters, or processing only featured / first N images.
Open the task in History, compare settings to the product, then rerun with overwrite enabled if you want to replace existing strings.
