Wizard steps: select products, filters, format, review, and submit.
Open New Task to start the bulk update wizard. You move through product selection, filters, alt text format, then review and submit.
Step 1 — Choose a source
- All Products — every product in the store
- Specific Collections — products inside selected collections
- Specific Products — hand-picked products
Step 2 — Filters and image options
- Published only, active only, vendor filter
- Overwrite existing alt text, or leave existing text alone
- Skip previously processed images
- Image mode: each image, shared alt text, featured only, or first N (1–50)
- Optional auto-process new images / new products (new products not for specific-products tasks)
Step 3 — Format and review
Build the format from components joined with - , optionally set task SEO keyword overrides, schedule the run, then submit and track progress under History.
