Images were skipped
- Check Skip previously processed and Overwrite existing alt text
- Confirm filters (published / active / vendor)
- Confirm image mode (each, shared, featured, first N)
Task not progressing
Pending often lasts 5–10 minutes. Open History → task detail. If Failed or Waiting, fix credits and permissions, then retry.
Out of credits
Upgrade, buy a pay-as-you-go pack, or redeem a gift code. Waiting status clears after credits are added.
Auto-processing not firing
Confirm the task is still active, criteria match, and you did not use Specific Products when you expected new-product auto-processing.
